Live Claims Policy:

1. Live Claims will be stated with your name on the order and sent to your email once available to view on the website.

Follow the instructions below to view your order

Click the little profile image located on the top right of the main page to login

Enter your email here

It will prompt a code to your email.
Please check spam/junk mail as emails might get sent there.

Enter code here and it will redirect to dashboard.
Once in the dashboard click Orders.

All your orders will be there for you to view, track and pay.

If you haven't registered your email with us yet, you can do so before you claim to ensure your email and details are lodged with us before you claim on any live shows.
Email will be sent out once your claim goes online.

2. You will have 15 days from the date stated, orders will have an expiry date on it, please check final payment due date. If you do not pay your claimed orders within that time frame, items will be put back on the shelf for others to purchase.

3. No more extensions or split payments allowed on all claims. 

4. Please claim within your budget to avoid disappointment of items being returned.
