Charlie Thomas Crystals Gift Cards are available in denominations of $10, $20, $50, and $100. Gift cards are redeemable exclusively at www.charliethomascrystals.com and in-store at Charlie Thomas Crystals. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for monetary value under any circumstances.

Gift cards are issued as digital vouchers and will be delivered via email to the purchaser immediately following successful payment. Each voucher includes a unique redemption code, which can be used at checkout online or presented in-store for redemption.

Upon use of the gift card code, any remaining balance will be automatically converted into store credit and allocated to the customer account associated with the original purchase email. Store credit is non-transferable and may only be accessed by logging into the account linked to the original order.

If a purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain as store credit and will be held in the customer’s account details provided at the time of purchase.

To access and manage store credit, customers must log in to their account at www.charliethomascrystals.com using the same email address used for the original order. Store credit will not be visible or transferable to alternative accounts.
